Hosting

The public website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The application and its primary infrastructure are hosted on Google Cloud Platform by Google Cloud France SARL, 8 rue de Londres, 75009 Paris, France, using European regions where configured. Service availability is measured independently through the infrastructure described on the status page.

Intellectual property

The wagle name, site, interface, documentation, text, graphics and software are protected by intellectual-property law and belong to META RAKUN or its licensors. No licence is granted beyond ordinary access to the site and the rights expressly stated in the terms of service. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Personal data we process

META RAKUN is the controller for account and commercial data. We may process:

identity and account data, such as name, email address and authentication identifiers;
organisation, project, role, subscription, invoice and payment-reference data;
configuration and audit data, including changes attributed to users and agents;
technical logs, IP address, device and request information used for security and support; and
messages you send to support or sales.

We use this data to perform the service contract, secure and operate wagle, provide support, bill subscriptions, meet legal obligations and, where applicable, pursue our legitimate interests in preventing abuse and improving reliability. Wagle does not sell personal data.

Recipients, processors and transfers

Data is accessible only to authorised META RAKUN personnel and service providers that need it for their role. Principal providers include Google Cloud (infrastructure), Cloudflare (website delivery and security), Stripe (payments), Mailjet (transactional email) and Google Identity when you choose Google sign-in. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention and security

Account and service data is retained while the account is active and then only as long as needed for deletion, dispute handling and legal obligations. Billing records are retained for the statutory accounting period; security logs are retained for a limited operational period. We use access controls, encryption in transit and other proportionate technical and organisational measures, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Cookies

The application uses strictly necessary storage, including a secure session cookie and local preferences, to authenticate users and remember interface choices. These do not require consent under applicable rules. If optional analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, they will not be set before the required information and consent controls are provided.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email sales@wagle.sh. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.
