Terms for using wagle

These terms govern access to wagle, a hosted feature-flag and configuration service operated by META RAKUN. They are written for professional customers.

Effective 1 August 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

Wagle is a software-as-a-service product for creating, distributing and evaluating feature flags and typed configuration. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. You confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation and that you use wagle for professional purposes.

2. Accounts and access

Account information must be accurate and kept current. Individual credentials may not be shared. You are responsible for your users, agents, SDK tokens and the confidentiality of their credentials, and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Roles and access rights should be limited to what each user or agent needs.

3. Service, changes and availability

Wagle provides the features and usage allowance described on the plan selected at purchase. Features may evolve. We will give reasonable advance notice by email of a material adverse change to paid functionality, price or plan allowance, except where an urgent security, legal or technical reason makes advance notice impracticable.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the service has no service-level commitment. Maintenance and incidents may interrupt access. SDKs are designed to keep evaluating the last successfully received configuration when wagle is temporarily unavailable; this does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Current measurements are published on the status page.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

Paid subscriptions are charged in advance through Stripe and renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise; applicable VAT or other taxes are added at checkout. You may cancel from the billing portal before renewal, in which case access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Plan allowances are measured in syncs as described on the pricing page. Reaching a plan cap does not stop flag evaluation or configuration delivery: we may notify you, allow a grace period and move future billing to the lowest plan that fits actual usage. Overdue business invoices may incur statutory late-payment interest and the fixed €40 recovery charge provided by French law.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of the flags, configurations, attributes and other content you submit. You grant META RAKUN the limited right to host, process, copy and transmit that data only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process personal data through wagle and for avoiding unnecessary personal or sensitive data in flag keys, attributes and configuration values.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use wagle to:

  • break any law, infringe third-party rights, or process data without a lawful basis;
  • send malware, phishing material or harmful code, or facilitate identity theft;
  • probe, bypass or disrupt security, access controls, rate limits or service integrity;
  • overload the service deliberately, scrape it in bulk, or use unauthorised automation;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission; or
  • reverse engineer the hosted service except to the limited extent mandatory law permits.

7. Intellectual property

META RAKUN and its licensors retain all rights in wagle, including its software, APIs, documentation, design, trademarks and underlying technology. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation, provided it does not identify you or disclose your confidential information.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other customers, respond to a legal requirement, address overdue payment, or stop a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue. Repeated or serious breaches may result in termination. On termination, your right to use the service ends; accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive remain in effect.

9. Warranty and liability

Wagle is supplied with reasonable care and skill, but without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for testing flag behaviour, choosing safe defaults and validating changes before relying on them in production.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue or loss of goodwill. META RAKUN’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally. Where the customer is a merchant and mandatory rules do not require another venue, disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Angers, France.
